Carolyn Brock

A lawyer with over 25 years of experience in global technology companies and seven years in the healthcare sector, Carolyn is commercially savvy and excellent at dealing with the legal side of business.

Carolyn has managed legal functions for big companies like Philips Electronics and BT Australasia, so she knows how to work closely with sales, operations, and commercial teams. She currently works with eHealth NSW to support the procurement and management of ICT solutions and services.

Throughout her career, Carolyn has advised leadership teams on operational and commercial issues, drafted and negotiated complex ICT and outsourcing agreements, and worked on agreements for the sale of medical devices and health technology. She's also handled government tenders, negotiated dealership, reseller, and licensing terms, given marketing, advertising, and sponsorship advice, managed disputes and incidents, prepared and reviewed policy documents, and managed legal teams and external lawyers.

Carolyn has been called to the Bar of England and Wales and admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
